Apparently a "doctor" implanted female silicone breast implants into a Mr.
Mexico instead of Pectoral implants.
He was not even an accredited doctor..and didn't study jack..he just got a
"Degree" and PHD off the internet, and apparently the hospital didn't bother
to check references.
This is a very real and serious problem that is facing the US, and other
countries now.
