Ben,
Yep, I think I actually use that more than the remote to select what to
record. (really handy for when I'm in the office and someone mentions
something interesting)
I think the batch-save to VCR would be great; especially if it was on a
timer. (ie, play everything back at 3AM and set my VCR to record at that
time as well)

Matthew,
Have you signed up for the free MyReplayTV web site where you can program
your ReplayTV box over the 'net?
I'm waiting for a software upgrade where you can select several shows and
command "Save to VCR" as a batch.

Yeah, but I wonder if any of them will actually make it into mass-market.
(hope not! :-)
If it wasn't for my ReplayTV, I probably wouldn't watch any TV at all other
than perhaps CNN in the background while I'm working.

Ahhh..
The joys of still being able to record programs for later viewing.
Hold onto your old VCR Ben...pretty soon we may be unable to record anything
from Television.
Been reading up on the latest "advancements" in hardware encryption.
*shudder*

I've got a list from the web site with the original air date order and am
gradually creating tapes of all the episodes.
It's been fun towards the end of the series going back and watching the
beginning over again.
