yeah they definitely aren't the most streamlined group around. I ordered a
handful of issues when my first article was published and got the day
traders journal. I've gotten a few passwords for the digital editions but
just on a onesy twosy basis.

LOL, I also get two each month plus a JDJ to boot!

I agree. I've been getting the Java DJ for awhile too, although I've
requested it be stopped (it hasn't). Last year I re-subscribed to the CFDJ
thru their web site and although I got a receipt I never had it charged to
my credit card bill. Calling them on it to request they take my money for
the subscription didn't seem to help.

Someone really needs to go thru their subscription and billing department
with a big broom and clean house.
