I never expected their distribution to be any good, which is why I
subscribed as soon as I heard about the mag rather than thinking my local
gas station would have a copy... all I'm asking is they reply to email.
Having formerly worked for a publisher (or four) I understand how tough it
could be to manage such a business. They should have plenty of interns -
you'd think one intern could be assigned to responding to subscriber issues?
Instead their interns seem to BE the publishers!
