Yes, the report did say that it happened in the Gaza Strip,
but it left out that the woman soldier was a blonde.

"OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (AFP) - A Palestinian daily on Monday accused the
Israeli occupation army of using a new weapon - a woman
soldier who performed a striptease in front of stone-throwing Palestinian
youths.
Al Hayat Al Jadid said that while her male comrades were being pelted with
stones by Palestinian protesters in the Gaza
Strip, the young woman climbed atop a barricade and started peeling off her
uniform.
As the stone-throwers stared in amazement, she whipped out her pistol and
opened fire on them, said the paper, which is a
semi-official daily.
An army spokesman dismissed the report as "made-up and completely
ridiculous."
The paper ran the story on its front page, but without a photograph."
