IE and ftp.

If you use authentication the use can have a directory on an ftp server that
is secure*. IE lets you drag and drop to an ftp site.

Has anyone seen or heard of any compoents / plugins for sale or open source
that would allow a user to drag and drop a file into the browser and
whatever they drag will upload to the website?

TIA
