I just realized that installing software like this also kills the
windows.open() JavaScript functionality that I use in just about every app I
develop.  It really wouldn't be something that I'd install myself, and if it
became widely used it would throw another wrench into developing universal
web applications.  I know that you can configure it to permit popups at
specified urls, but what a support nightmare that would be.  Like developing
a really nice intranet app for a company and having to convince some anal
retentive system adminstrator that cookies should be permitted.
