MP3 files are *supposed* to be licensed. I think they really only
police high-volume users, like MusicMatch etc.
For Flash, it shouldn't be an issue, since the decoder is in the Flash
Player, which is licenced. In other words, it's not your Flash app
which needs the licence, just the player.
Of course, if they come a'knocking round your door, it's not my fault. :-)
