and try to "debug" the process... then just do a stop debugging... it should
either kill the process or hang vis studio....

So, my box went down so I did, of course, get rid of the task, but I think I
know the answer now. ATI's DVR stuff can control the tv crap with a service,
ATI Scheduler. Even though I wasn't using it, the service _was_ running and
I bet it had some kind of "hook" into the task.
