This is where we are having the disagreement. There is no "or else" and no
"making it the law". It's a religious ruling that deals ONLY with those who
follow the ruling. No enforcement and no effect outside the community.

As for the program, that's exactly what's needed. Marketting is a snap as you
have to put a face on it for each community you go to.
