As a list master I just found a 'feature' of GMail that kind of pisses me off.
It seems that when a post to a mailing list is sent from GMail, a copy of that
post is saved. OK so far, but it also seems that the copy of the post FROM the
mailing list is then deleted.
Example: I posted on a thread just a few minutes ago. A response was made to my
post and I responded to the response. My GMail account never got copies of my
post.
This is just wrong. I make sure that the email sent from the lists have
important information in the footer like subscription links, a link to the post
in the archive, etc. The 'blocking' of this information really pisses me off.

Oh, and when replying they don't quote the message your replying to. Not smart.
