Love it. Maybe I was expecting too little, but the connection worked
perfectly out the box. It _did_ take me a few hours to get my network
downstairs talking to the Net in general. However, this wasn't the powerline
stuff, it was me trying to wrap my head around how to make the downstairs
router talk to tthe upstairs router. I got it working - but mostly through
luck. (I think the fix was to turn the router downstairs into a gateway
only. Or something like that.)

I haven't really tested the throughput, but it seems ok. Powerline has a max
speed of 14 whachamacallits. My wireless is "B", which has a max of 11. So
I'm not using my entire throughput, but upgrading to "G" would mean I would
be capped out by the powerline stuff. When I move to MA this winter I may
dump the powerline stuff if I have a smaller place and switch to "G" just to
make things simpler.
That being said - if you have issues with wireless (range, speed, etc), I'd
highly recommend the powerline setup.
