Even more fun with the Patriot Act

Apparently it now applies to Americans too :) this was predicted a while back by a professor of constitutional law, Georgetown I think, on wired.com anyway.

I don't know the details of what this man is ssupposed to have done, but offhand I think there should be an investigation... I am just quite certain that this is not what Congress had in mind when it passed the Patriot Act right after 9/11...

Me, I suspect that the Bush administration is most interested in the secrecy provisions.
