I went through them to register a domain maybe eight months ago. Every month since then they bill me for web hosting. I reply that I do not have a web hosting account with them and I do not want a web hosting account with them. I get an automated reply thanking me for my email and giving me a ticket number. The following month I get another bill.
To be fair, it is always a bill for the current month... not the previous month as well. But still. I have made a number of phone calls to their customer support, some of them irate. Each time I have been assured that the matter was taken care of.
MY advice -- avoid avoid avoid. All of this is very bad for the blood pressure, and *mine* is unusually low :) And yeah, I just got another bill.
