To the "should" list I'd add Safari and IE 5.2 on the Mac. I'm not sure
I'd put Lynx on that list, but better to test with too many than too few.
I typically develop using Mozilla (current rev is 1.6, 1.7 will be out
soon) and test in IE 6/Win, IE/Mac, and Safari.
