I personally use QuickBooks online.  It's quite convenient, but not as
full featured as the standard QuickBooks.

I recently considered switching to Quicken Small Business but the
reviews (see amazon, or just search google) are *not good*.  For now
I'm going to stick with QB online but I'm probably going to be
switching to standard QB this year to save on money long term.

I also installed the demo of, but didn't get very far into, MS Money
Small Business. I didn't care for it, but I didn't give it much of a
chance either.

I use QB for estimates and invoicing.  My wife tracks all of the
debits and credits in Quicken and I assemble that data and ship off to
my CPA (http://www.taccts.com) and he waves and magic wand and if I'm
lucky I get some money back.
