I'm an avid Quickbooks user here - I use it to keep track of
estimates, time tracking (built into 2004 Pro), invoices, bank
accounts, evertyhing.

It takes a little bit of time out of my day but it makes things easier
for me to keep track of.

As far as taxes, we'll see how that goes after the first of next year.
I'm currently shovelling 30% of everything I bring in over into a
savings account to set back for taxes.  Next year I'm pretty sure I'll
need to file quarterly taxes, but Quickbooks will help with that as
well!
