Sounds like DNS configuration problems. I'm guessing that you're
obtaining the DNS server automatically, but it's something to check.

Try going to http://63.135.112.101 (voiceinverse site by IP). If that
works then it's definitely DNS related and most likely the network
providor's problem.

There's an off chance that something rewrote his hosts files, but
since it's exactly the same on both machines I'm guessing that's not
it.
