This Mac address (0C-E5-C8-12-7B) with different IP each time constantly
attacks my box with Code Red DOS attack. I'm using Comcast for service.
And I've reported it to them, however, Comcast is simply unable to stop it
or don't give it a dam?. It would take some time for me to move to another
ISP, and currently I don't have time to get deep into security arena myself.

Yes, I have a firewall setup (software one) and configured properly, which
has blocked tons of others.
