Um... can you tell us a little bit about your setup? If this is a SYN flood attack, it's pretty easy to tell most routers how to ignore them.

And I've reported it to them, however, Comcast is simply unable to stop it or don't give it a dam?. Yes, I have a firewall setup (software one) and configured properly, which has blocked tons of others.
