I think it's the close mindedness like that that gets us in trouble, and
contributes to the laughing stock that america and its *dumb americans*
already are.
Ive never been soo enlightened by travelling outside our borders. there
really is something else out there and as soon as you can see that, you
can see sooo much more. if we didn't venture out, heck, whats the point
of being here in the first place? if you don't know what sucks, or have
nothing to compare anything to how can you make a decision? I cant.
don't get me wrong, I love my country (Although I was born in
Germany-army brat) and all that it has to offer, of which there is a
lot, however to think that there is no reason to leave cause everything
that is good is here, is simply UNAMERICAN in my book.
im a proud american just like the rest of most americans, however I
couldn't disagree with ya more about never having to leave since all
that is good is here...

That's cause you don't live here in 'Merika. We just have no need to
venture outside the US, since everything good is here. (Except rum. We

Of course people you know traveled outside Europe. (as any right
thinking person would). First off, just stepping off the curb would
almost get you out of your little backward corner of the globe. And
everyone wants to come visit the United States, so that must be where
they all went.
