Subject: Giving up source code.
Hey all,
I know that CF has nor eal way to protect source code like say Visual
Basic or even JAVA, but is it acceptable to tell a client that you
retain all rights to the code for their site, and that they cannot
modify it or use it another project in part or in full without your
consent?
In other words you and the client have not parted ways amicably. And
they have gotten another developer, but using your code, your design,
and your flash.
There was no agreement that they would have access to all the source
files in a contract.
