I start for nthing less than 1500, even in my backwoods town.

its gotta start somewhere, and anything less is not worth the time.

also, an explicit "What has to be done to satisfy requirements"
documents will be necessary

Subject: How much to charge?

Hey guys i have a client who lives out in Northern California.  Anyone
know what the costs of living is up there?  Anyhow, it's a small project
that involves creating a members database and admin, and a classified
ads section.  I decided to charge a flat fee.  $400.  You guys think
that's too much?

Hope I will get an answer when I get back.  BBQ wings time!
