Sorry, that's an old time scam. True that the Federal Income Tax was
initially started as a temporary thing but over the years the
precedent ahs been set by the judiciary that they are indeed
consititutional and required.
Just to double-check I asked my new office mate who, conveniently
enough, is an accountant and does tax returns in the season. He told
me that there are services out there that will try to scam people into
subscribing to their service with the promise of representation in
court, then when that time comes around they back out and do the "I
guess you gotta pay" thing.
