I'm not sure exactly how it got started but in my neighborhood, which is
chock full of mid-twenties to mid-thirties couples with kids in the 5-10
year old range, the words "we need to have some Cake" have become, among
the adults, the code words for "watch the kids, we're going to go have sex"
It's a nice system; 5 couples, one code. Keeps the tension down.
Come to think of it, I need some Cake too...
