To get back to the question I asked you just now... how are you
reading "Middle East" into this when the subject of the sentence is
"Iraq" and the sentence does not contain the term "Middle East" ?
However I really wasn't looking to deconstruct Cheney's statement,
just looking for confirmation that he made it. I personally think he
is always as deceptive as possible about everything possible whenever
possible, just to keep in practice.
