"CrystalTech provides a static IP address for EACH shared hosting account.
Unlike many hosts, we feel a static IP is essential to a full-featured
website and do not feel a static IP should add any costs to your monthly
hosting fee."
You also get CFSchedule and CFInovke rights (with some limitation of
course).
Their plans start off at $16.95/month for CFMX 6.1 or $26.95 for CFMX 6.1
and SQL Server.
