Actually, if you lived closer, he would do it for WAY cheaper + berr :-) To
stay active and busy now that he is retired he does jobs here and there...
Usually electrical and finish carpentry work but he can do it all. I am
trying to get him to loan me $150K to buy a house down here that needs a lot
of fixing up then turn around, spruce it up, and turn a profit :-) Do that 4
or 5 times and I/we could make enough money to buy a house for me and my
to-be wife. :-)
