Let me put it this way, if in order to cure aids, I had to hook up a
chimp to a car battery, I only have two things to say, red is for
negative and black is for positive.

As I said he was doing stroke rehabilitation work - the research
required an animal model, people could not be used at that stage. A
very promising line of research was stopped that could have helped the
thousands of people who are now paralyzed. Is that right?

So you think that destruction of private property and a person's
career is OK. There have been several deaths caused by these same sort
of terrorists. From your response you think that's OK as well then.

If you feel strong about opposing medical and scientific research
using animal subjects, may I suggest you carry a card around with you
stating such. And also stating that you will refuse any treatment that
is based on animal research.  I used to pass out card that said that
to animal right protesters. I'll see if I still have any around in my
files.
