always been the image of integrity and truth. In his interview following his
speech he was able to back up his remarks with facts. Not bad for an 80 year
old Relic. I was not all that impressed with his leadership at the time, but no
one can say he mislead the public at any time.
Of course the failure to get re-elected was the embassy hostages in Iran.
