Negative. Florida law, already established in a previous decision, was
that the intent of the voter should be the overriding factor. The
Supreme Court decision said forget that, obviously Bush won and we
don't have to count these votes :)

No. The the Supreme Court upheld the law that teh
Florida Supreme Court tried to ignore.

In the end all the votes were re-counted by the
newspapers and no matter how many times they tried
Bush won.
