Naw, I hate fishing in the archives, though I think the tone was there
if the word was not. I think it became pretty clear last time that we
won't agree on the nature of separatism. I think you are wrong about
that, but of course prejudice is a very bad thing wherever it is
found.

But back to the original point -- such a law makes me wonder whether
unpopular or minority opinions will soon be censored. The possibility
makes me sad. That's all.

I may disagree with separatists but only those who have advocated
ethnic cleansing such as Jaques Parisau have I seriously disliked.
Unfortunately the separatist movement has very strong anti-semitic,
anti-immigrant and anti Anglophobe elements in it. And more
importantly The PQ has never really done anything to deal with those
contemptible types, such as kicking them out of the party etc. I have
a very strong bias against that sort of prejudice.
