Although I don't have any evidence to suggest so, this seems most likely to
me. Although Jim did mention that Boston got rid of their blue laws. I
think it makes sense for large cities since they will need POs to work so
might as well get the additional tax revenue. I'm thinking Boston would be
smart and have done some sort of economic study to make sure the numbers
work out.
