They make 13.81% and only pay 4%.
The original satement was
"Gave the wealthiest Americans a tax break while the
middle class continues to struggle.. Not to mention
the less fortunate of the US still get shafted."
The tax break is for the people that pay the taxes. If
you don't pay you won't get a break.
top 50% pay 96.03% earns 86.19%
top 25% ($56,085 yr) pay 82.9% earn 65.23%
top 10% ($92,754 yr) pay 64.89% earn 43.11%
top 5% ($127,904 yr) pay 53.25% they earn 31.99
