As mentioned elsewhere, he may not have exactly *said* that Iraq was
responsible for 9/11, but he implied it all to hell. I posted the text
of this not long ago.
As for yellowcake, the British are now saying that such an attempt did
take place. I have not had a chance to look through the new
information but even supposing it was true, would this have made Iraq
such an imminent threat that we could not have waited for our allies?
The whole thing stinks.
