Everyone has the right to their own language, but should not expect everyone
else to speak in that language. Bottom line is that the suit should be
thrown out as being BS. American company, speaking in America for the
citizens of America should not be expected to reproduce all their material
in every language spoken by their members.

Yes, there are cases where you would want to produce material targeted to a
specific language (like signs of a specific language in language predominant
areas), but that's a choice, not a requirement.

I just got annoyed by a thread from another list.

A 40 year old man, born in the US, does not speak any English, just Greek.
He knows some English, but refuses to use it. He apparently is suing a
business group he belongs to because they have the audacity to conduct their
meetings and publish all their literature in English.

Does this raise anyone else's hackles?
