NVidia kills ATI in every Doom 3 benchmark I've seen.  The nice thing about the ATI is that it has far less power/cooling requirements but the OpenGL drivers are horrible (Doom3 uses OpenGL).  I think ATI will shine when Half-Life 2 comes out but the NVidia should be good for HL2 as well.
