Be sure to get in a few hits for me for not putting a user-replaceable
battery in the iPod. And for firing the Human Interface Design group.
For not making good UI tools for the unix underpinnings of things like
Apache, FTPd, etc. And for making the biggest computer case you've
ever seen that can only hold 2 hard drives. And for the Apple
marketshare dropping to below 2%. And...
