How many of the men in those ads actually _witnessed_ the events taking place and when will those on the right realize it is not the person injured that writes the citation for a purple heart, it is the Commanding Officer of the unit. And no, Kerry being the skipper on his swift boat _does_not_ mean that he got to write his own citations.
