I read the affidavit. From what I can see he's saying that even though
he didn't see the event, and even though Kerry behaved just as other
soldiers behave in combat situations when confronted with an enemy
with a weapon, that he wouldn't have given him the star. So what? I
disagree with other people's decisions all the time. So what?

I'm withholding opinions on Kerry's war record because I wasn't there.
I can't say if he did or didn't do something. And honestly, his
talking about it is probably the least interesting thing about him.

But to have people basically libelling someone (remember, he didn't
actually see the events) because they don't support him is, I believe,
illegal.
