It state if the alien is not removed under section
241(a)(1)(A), and whose removal is unlikely in the
reasonably foreseeable future, may be detained for
additional periods of up to six months ... than only
if bla bla...
So if due process fails this provision kicks in so we
don't have to turn suspected terrorists loose in the
US.
