A guy was bombing things. They find a wadding up tissue with his ejaculate
in a garbage can in a parking garage next to the first bombing. Later they
determine that he was in the last bombing (since he knew how the bomb was
going to go off he able to be in the heart of it without getting killed)
simply to get on TV as a "survivor" of the bomber attacks.
The plot and forensic points stuck with me really well, but I still can't
remember the actual show/movie name!

This makes me want to write a story about someone who blows up a
building (don't worry, no casualties) just so they'll have a story
they can talk about when they show the picture to their friends. "See,
there I am standing in front of ... before it was blown up in..."
Dunno... you know, I wrote a novel a while back...

and I've been wanting to write another one -- modern day rather than
sci-fi, just lots and lots of extra-wierd crap from today, like
Nudicles (the prosthetic testicles for dogs and such). But I never
seem to be able to wrap my head around the wider story or an opening
for it.
