Everything the US is doing, other countries are doing (within their capacity, see the link I provided about military budgets). Troops, facilities, intelligence, freezing terrorist funds and even the not so nice things like PATRIOT-like legislation etc.

Please don't confuse the conflict in Iraq with the war on terror.
