Or maybe they'll think twice about grabbing someone when they don't know where the wire is. You get get a wire into the human body in different and multiple places without causing any problems. Yes, they'll pull out the teeth or look for scars, but there are lots of ways to implant with no scars. Anyone who's been to a proctologist or gastro-enterologist will tell you that. 2 minutes and you can have a nice wire placed far into the intestins.
