tweaking of normal tech and using proprietary crap. Like the Sony
Memorystick that doesn't offer any advantages over SD or CF. Or the
stupid Digital8 format they tried to foist on the market. Or their
computers that need the Sony install disks instead of working with
just a standard Windows installer.

Every company has issues. But Sony seems to be outpacing the
competition at it, IMO.
