If anybody has a moment would you might checking out
http://dev.firstnight.org and letting me know what you think?

I'll be moving this dev site to production (http://www.firstnight.org/)
either tonight or tomorrow and am very interested in browser compatibility
issues (and errors).  I've tested the site in several Windows browsers and
my partner has used several Mac browsers so I think we're pretty well set
(although I'm doing testing now on previous versions)... but there's nothing
like a trial by fire to make the bugs jump.

Some things:

1) The search engine doesn't work - I know.  ;^)  I'm working on that now.

2) I've added some animated top navigation (which I actually hate... but it
was a client request).

3) The framework of the new site is (nearly) all CSS.  The home page, the
navigation the header, the footer, etc.  Some of the body content is still
table-based, but we'll get to that later.

I'm tempted to say that any good comments should be posted to the list and
any negative comments should be sent privately, but I'll let you use your
own judgement.  ;^)

Thanks in advance,

Jim Davis
