When food and water can be made from nothing, as well as diamonds, it will certainly have an interesting effect on the economy. Here is an interesting question for you guys - tell me what you think about this: Imagine a device is made. It's the size of a shoebox. We will call it the "Wishbox". These boxes are given away for free. Each box can produce... well, anything. Food, water, diamonds, TVs (maybe it's bigger than a shoebox ;), essentially, anything you want. Therefore, you no longer need to work. What would this to the world? To our economy? We would still need some workers. Doctors, for example. Teachers, lawyers, people to build large buildings. But it seems like a large amount of people would not have a need to work. How would we entice people to take essential jobs? Sure, people have callings, but the money is at least part of it. Would the Earth become a big party? -RC ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
