welp according to the factcheck article, Kerry didn't claim Bush owned
it... he said that he earned $84 from ownership in it, a distinction
that should be clear to anyone familiar with the concept of stocks. It
was Bush who said "I own a timber company?" I did not see this
particular bit of the debate, but it sounds to me like a straw man.
