I find that one of the hardest issues. It smells like terrorism, it tastes like terrorism, but I can't help but think back to WWII when the Dutch resistance attacked collaborators in the Dutch police. The only difference between those is that the Germans were the bad guys and the US tries to be the good guy.
But isn't the distinction supposed to be about the methods, not about the cause?
I really don't know the answer to this one.
