Didn't the "Patriot" Act already stomp on that constitutional right?

I believe with the Patriot Act  it's not just medical records, but
also employee, bank, dental, library, et. al.  The only hurdle is that
the FBI needs is to deem you a "party of interest" in a terrorism
investigation and it's up to them who's a party of interest.

That means right now the FBI could be ransacking your house just
because your name is Yosef Isalm which is very similar to Yousef Isam.

But, hey, anything for security!

Especially from Iraqi WMD.  You know, Dearborn Michigan has lots of
Iraqis ... they probably have thought about WMD ... Maybe they'll be
invaded too.

The world will be better off without Dearborn - anybody who's been
there knows that.
